Tracking Your Build

Logging expenses & mods Record every part, labor cost, fee, and product link so your build total reflects what the project actually costs. AI receipt scanning Snap a photo of a receipt and let BuildSheet log the part, cost, and vendor automatically. Free plan includes one lifetime scan; Pro is unlimited. Maintenance logs Keep oil changes, fluids, and service records separate from build spending so both stay readable. Free plan includes up to seven maintenance logs. Progress photos Document your build visually over time. Free plan includes 15 progress photos per vehicle; Pro is unlimited. Wishlist Save the parts you want next, estimate what they will cost, and turn the wishlist into logged expenses when you buy.
