How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Your data is always accessible, even after canceling.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you start a Pro subscription, you get 14 days free. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.
What are the AI usage limits?
Pro AI features include receipt scanning, build plan recommendations, and AI parts search. To prevent abuse and keep the service reliable, AI features are subject to fair-use limits. Current Pro fair-use allowance is 50 receipt scans and 50 build plans per 30-day period, resetting from your subscription start date.
How do I recover my account?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link. If you signed up with Apple, use "Sign in with Apple" on the login screen.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Settings → Account → Export Data to download a backup of all your vehicles, mods, expenses, and photos. Pro users can also export professional PDF build sheets.
The app isn't loading or is showing errors
Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, check your internet connection. On iOS, try deleting and reinstalling the app — your data is safely stored in the cloud.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. We recommend exporting your data first. Account deletion takes effect immediately.
